PurposeA phantom is presented in this study that allows for an experimental evaluation of QSM reconstruction algorithms. The contains susceptibility producing particles with dia- and paramagnetic properties embedded MRI visible medium suitable to assess the performance algorithms attempt separate isotropic at sub-voxel level.MethodsThe was built from calcium carbonate (diamagnetic) tungsten carbide (paramagnetic) gelatin surrounded by agarose gel. Different mass fractions mixing ratios both sources were used. Gradient echo data acquired 1.5 T, 3 T 7 T.
